Georgia Authorities Look for Family of Missing Boy in Atlanta

Police in Georgia are reaching out to the public, seeking assistance in reuniting a young nonverbal boy with his family. The Atlanta Police Department shared that the boy was discovered wandering alone, creating an urgent need to locate his guardians or family members.

The situation unfolded late Thursday night, Oct. 31, when a concerned couple noticed the child in the street near their southwest Atlanta neighborhood. Just before 11 p.m., they came upon the little boy, who appeared to be approximately 3 or 4 years old. Recognizing that he was by himself, they promptly contacted authorities to ensure his safety.

Once officers arrived on the scene, it became clear that the child was nonverbal, which has presented additional challenges in identifying him and tracing his family.
